SECTION 20 – RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the product is defective, damaged, or not as described, as required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
